We first went to the service department that solved a problem in our Jeep that no one else had been able to figure out. Joe said; "I'm going to give you a car to use and we are going to work on this till we solve the problem." AND they did! The Bodwell staff, and especially Leo Gibbons, made buying my new Wrangler low stress and low pressure. They made me feel worth their time and used that time to be extremely helpful. Mr. Gibbons ended up working late to ensure I knew all the ins and outs of my new Jeep. They even filled the fuel tank and gave the Jeep a fresh wash before I left. My Nitro had to have a repair to the oil pan, I was treated as though I had made purchased out of the showroom, which I did not. I highly recommend Bodwell for purchase, trade, and service! We owned mini vans for over 20 years, and of all the service locations we've used, Bodwell is hands dovewn the best. We just had our 2008 T&C serviced after noting some significant shimmy and noise from the front end. It turned out to require front bearings, new front brakes, calipers, rotors, new rear cylinders, pads, and so forth... totally almost $2,000. After I contacted Chrysler directly, Bodwell and Chrysler were able to do the bearings at no charge, saving me over $600! Work was done right and the folks were 100% professional.
