Will buy there again, and again. I bought a '15 Grand Cherokee. The staff was very low pressure, completely unlike other dealers. The car was delivered in immaculate condition, excellent value compared to the book value on kbb, they even topped up the tank! Overall very accommodating, professional, helpful, the way car buying should be.

If I could go to 0 stars I would. Bought a new Jeep. Was told they had a soft top in stock, so I bought it with a 4 hour install quote. Turns out the part was in a facility in the mid-west and would take 2 weeks to get. We agreed to cancel the install and credit what was already paid. I received a check for $180 less than the 4 hour install quote. My 2020 Jeep is the 4th one I have owned and the sales experience with Bodwell was by far the best one I have had anywhere. Evan Paione, the sls mgr, is a real asset to Bodwell. From day one he bent over backwards to make the sales experience excellent. There was never any pressure and he and his organization consistently went out of their way in spite of the crazy times in which we live. I purchased a new 2015 dodge durango from this dealer. I recently brought it in for an engine light that was coming on, going off, and sometimes flashing. I explained the problem they said no worries they would check it out. They called said it just needed spark plugs $340.00 for spark plugs to be replaced. Mike StPierre convinced me that the Jeep Compass was the best of Jeep with lower mpg that I was looking for. I have owned several Jeep models, Grand Cherokee, Cherokee, Wrangler and Rubicon. The Bodwell staff, and especially Leo Gibbons, made buying my new Wrangler low stress and low pressure. They made me feel worth their time and used that time to be extremely helpful. Mr. Gibbons ended up working late to ensure I knew all the ins and outs of my new Jeep. They even filled the fuel tank and gave the Jeep a fresh wash before I left. Bodwells will be my first stop next time I am looking for a vehicle.

My Nitro had to have a repair to the oil pan, I was treated as though I had made purchased out of the showroom, which I did not. I highly recommend Bodwell for purchase, trade, and service! I brought my car for a simple transmission flush on June 30th. I was very clear that I needed the car back by the end of the day Thursday, July 2nd, and if they couldn't complete it I would bring it elsewhere. I purchased my 2010 dodge Avenger R/T from this dealership and will never again walk on their lot. My car broke down they had it for a week without even looking at it. When they finally got around to it they said the computer needed updating. What!!! We owned mini vans for over 20 years, and of all the service locations we've used, Bodwell is hands dovewn the best. We just had our 2008 T&C serviced after noting some significant shimmy and noise from the front end. It turned out to require front bearings, new front brakes, calipers, rotors, new rear cylinders, pads, and so forth... totally almost $2,000. BODWELL'S DID NOT fix our car and charged $255. A local independent mechanic repaired the car for $65. Bodwell refused to accept responsibility. We almost dumped this car because Bodwells told us the car needed a new dash cluster and that Chrysler no longer serviced it. (By the way they charged us $790 just 4 years ago for a NEW DASH CLUSTER) Never did they offer a solution to this problem!
